I can’t recommend this place enough.
Casa de Oren is truly heaven on earth! Our stay couldn’t have been better. Mabel and Nigel are some of the kindest people we encountered on our trip to Peru. And the space that they’ve created together so, so beautiful. Everything was amazing. The breakfast, the hot tub, the garden, the views, the rides to Pisac, the comfortable bed, I could go on and on. We would’ve loved to stay longer. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to recharge in the sacred valley after the hustle and bustle of Cusco.

We stayed at Casa de Oren twice during our visit to the Sacred Valley. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is hard for me to think of a place that I've stayed at (in the world!) better than this one. The views from Casa de Oren are something else. You can chill on the room's balcony and get a clear view of the Pisac archeological site. The hosts, Mabel and Nigel are probably the kindest people we've met in our travels. They made sure we had everything we needed to guarantee a comfortable stay.

Love everything about Casa de Oren! This was my second time staying here and won’t be my last. Mabel and Nigel are amazing hosts and make your stay so enjoyable. The food is tasty and plentiful. The room was very comfortable and warm with a balcony view of the Pisac ruins.

Beautiful property and amazing hosts.
Beautiful property in the Pisac valley. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains and archaeological sites. The grounds of the property itself are really lovely too, and include outdoor seating areas and a hot tub. Nigel and Mabel were beyond gracious as hosts, even though we weren't the easiest guests. We arrived later than anticipated and had advised them we didn't want dinner when we arrived, but then changed our mind and asked if it would be possible for them to provide a meal, and they kindly accommodated us. Both dinner and breakfast the next day were excellent. As for the rooms, they were spacious and comfortable and felt newly renovated. Great beds and bathrooms. Being able to relax in the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. With the lack of light pollution it was beautiful being able to see all of the stars.

Stay here for the views and hospitality!
The location is gorgeous with a view of the Pisac ruins. It is a bit out of town, but the owners will drive you down to Pisac once a day. They also help to arrange transportation to other areas. The breakfast is amazing - very delicious and filling. We recommend the dinners as well. The hot tub at the end of the day was so lovely too. The owners are so caring and helpful in all ways. We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. Hope we can return some day!

Hard to imagine a more perfect place to stay in Pisac
The setting is breathtaking and although it feels remote, the owners made it really easy to get to and from, either by driving us or arranging taxis. They were also extremely helpful with suggesting where to go for walks and sightseeing. The breakfasts were lovely and we took the evening meal option too as it’s such a beautiful relaxing place to spend the evening. From the hot tub we watched hummingbirds in the trees

The kindness of your staff, very attentive and helpful. Always looking for you to feel comfortable. They helped us a lot with transportation from Cusco to Pisac and from Pisac to Ollantaytambo. They helped us plan the trip. The hotel is very nice, the 3-course breakfast is very good and abundant. The view from the hotel is very nice, you can see the ruins of Pisac. 100% recommended

Although our stay was short, we were able to enjoy this place to the fullest thanks to our host couple. It was very helpful that they provided transportation to the Pisac ruins and town, advice on where to stay next, and even medicine for altitude sickness. Even though we weren't very good at English, they were always kind and patiently supported us. Nigel's thoughtfulness as a traveller and Mabel's warm presence made me feel like an old friend. It will stay with me long after I leave here. The hot tub was heated up as per our request! The time spent looking at the stars was a special memory.

The Jewel of The Sacred Valley!!
It’s a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. It’s nicely furnished with beautiful gardens and a hot tub with incredible views of the mountains and the Pisac Ruins. Casa de Oren is owned and hosted by Mabel and Nigel. You will not find a kinder, more gracious or more accommodating hosts than Mabel and Nigel. In our opinion they set the standard of excellence by which all other accommodations should strive for! It was very difficult to leave!

Exceptional accommodation with spectacular views and wonderful hospitality.
Mabel and Nigel are truly exceptional hosts. The location and views are spectacular and the quality of facilities are the best we experienced in Peru. You are made to feel at home and Mabel and Nigel were very attentive without being intrusive, and just the most helpful and generous hosts. From the pickup from the town, drop off to the beginning of the exceptional walk, and early drop off to town, Mabel was so kind, informative and helpful. The evening meals were very tasty and the hot tub was wonderful. It was a highlight of our visit to Peru and wished we could have stayed there longer!

My favourite accomodation in all of Peru!
Absolutely incredible property with breathtaking 360 mountain views. Gorgeous garden filled with hummingbirds and butterflies, luxurious yet homey rooms and yum food. But the best part by far are the beautiful family that run the casa. Nigel and Mabel are so warm and inviting, making me feel completely at home and taken care of, even driving me to different walks and given lots of recommendations of things to do and see in town.

A piece of heaven in Pisac
We loved everything about Casa de Oren. Our hosts Nacho and Mabel were warm and made us felt like family. The location is a bit away from the town but the drive is totally worth it because you are surrounded by gorgeous nature. Mabel gave us a ride to and from town. The garden and the views of the Inca ruins are out of this world beautiful. At night you can see the stars while enjoying the hot tub, after a day of hiking there is nothing better than soaking in the hot tub (the water was at a perfect temperature) The bedroom has a balcony facing the garden the the ruins. The breakfast was abundant, delicious and healthy with locally sourced ingredients. I would highly recommend anyone who visit Cusco and the the Sacred valley to come to spend a few nights at Casa de Oren to experience this truly special and spiritual place.

We spent a couple of days in this wonderful accommodation and we really enjoyed everything! The place is beautiful, it has a spectacular view of the archaeological site, and a garden full of flowers specially chosen to attract the number of hummingbirds that can be seen! Mabel and Nacho's attention is unbeatable, they are super friendly, happy, open and also provide a lot of information. Every talk we had was a pleasure! We had dinner there both nights, and the homemade food was abundant and exquisite, as was the breakfast!

It is a Wonderful Spot, Owned by Wonderful People
Casa de Oren is a beautiful oasis. It was the perfect place to rest and relax after spending a few days trekking and touring the sacred valley. Mabel and Nigel are so kind. Our room was spacious and very nice. Meals were also great. They have a wood burning hot tub, which was really nice to sit in under the stars. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is visiting the Sacred Valley.

I was traveling for several weeks in Peru and this was undoubtedly the best accommodation! From the outdoor hot tub under the Stars, to the delicious food, to the scenery, absolutely everything was fantastic! Casa de Oren is a really fantastic place to stay, we were more than thrilled! We were welcomed very nicely and had the possibility to be picked up in advance by transfer in Pisac. In the evening there was a soothing relaxation in the prepared outdoor pool. Then a dinner that completely exceeded my expectations. There are numerous vegetarian dishes and we all tasted with palate delights. The rooms are magnificent with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and absolutely clean beautiful, tastefully decorated. And what makes everything perfect was the personal contact, helpful tips, humorous and very accommodating we experienced the couple of the house. I will go to Pisac again, then definitely to Casa de Oren!

Wonderful stay in the Sacred Valley
If we could have stayed longer somewhere in the sacred valley it would have been definitely at Casa de Oren. Welcomed by the owners who helped us to find a taxi that could take us steps before our return to Cusco. They also took us to the ruins of Pisac. Very good dinner, rooms with spectacular view. The little extra (a hair too hot), the super hot tub at night after the long hike the day before in Machu to relax your body! Muchas gracias!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful haven of tranquility.
The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and freshly cooked. The gardens were stunning and peaceful. The wood fired hot tub was a fantastic bonus. The hosts were delightful. There were lots of lovely thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers in the room, memory foam pillows and fluffy robes to use after the hot tub.

Love at First Sight
This place is sheer magic. Mabel and Nacho (Nigel) run a tight ship. I loved everything about it. Hosts are warm and super helpful, breakfast is great, scenery is breathtaking, rooms are comfy, the bathroom has top of the line fixtures. The staggering views of the Pisaq terraces and the valley are admirably complemented by the property gardens exquisitely manicured. Hosts are super attentive to detail, making sure you will feel like at home, only better!

The hotel is only 10 mins away from Pisac and Mabel will offer you always a ride. There are also ways to go to Casa Oren on foot. The views are amazing and the house is just beautiful. You can see that all has been well-planned and done with love. We had Nigel's chicken the last day, and we have to recommend it!!! It might be a good idea to order it in advance. There are also lots of opportunities for trekking and sightseeing, and in the evening you can just sit in the bathtub to watch the clear sky full of stars!
Be careful when ordering breakfast. For us breakfast for two was more than enough for three!

Amazing place, beautifully designed with much heart and mind. The couple that run the place Nigel and Mabel are really nice people that help with anything you need. The place is a bit remote (10 min. Drive from Pisac) but we loved it, peaceful and quiet. The view from the room is insanely gorgeous and we have a sitting balcony in our room. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is strong with real hot water and the breakfast is divine (you choose a 3-course breakfast from a menu). But the gem is the hot tub that you can relax in and Nigel the genius put a beer button on the side. It’s a luxury home away from home really

Romantic Luxury with view of Inca ruins
A real little gem in Pisac, wonderful hosts Nigel and Mabel. They have been more than helpful, extremely kind and attentive. Excellent home cooked diner and breakfast served in a idealistic setting with fantastic view on the terrace of the Pisac ruins. Beautiful property and lovely hosts with an amazing view of the Pisac ruins. Our room and beds were comfortable with everything you could want including a balcony. Hot showers and an outdoor hot tub for star gazing. Included breakfast was delicious and huge and optional dinners/ drinks were also delicious.

Nigel, Mabel, and Oren were the most incredible hosts! Their BnB is situated a little bit outside of Pisac (very short motor taxi ride) with the most magical views in the Sacred Valley. They offer all of the amenities that one might need- hot showers, comfortable beds, balcony in the rooms, a very delicious 3 course breakfast (included), dinner options, a little heater in the room should you get cold, wifi, and a wood fired hot tub that is magnificent at night!!! Mabel offers rides into town in the morning as well. Highly recommend and will absolutely be returning!!

A wonderful, comfortable beyond belief, retreat
I’ve traveled in more than 40 countries and this guesthouse is probably my favorite of all time! Nigel, Ma’bell and Oren have created a space that is so comfortable, welcoming, well appointed and charming that I found it really hard to leave. Especially if you have your own wheels, this place is the perfect base from which to explore the Sacred Valley and beyond. The accommodations are top notch, with rare bits like a wood-fired hot tub, pollinator garden, excellent wi-fi, super-comfortable beds, endless hot water, private balconies with a killer view, 3 course breakfast (included), super quiet - it’s a true oasis after the craziness of Cusco. The host family are intent on making your stay wonderful, and they succeed!

Amazing experience
Wow, that is the best word to describe Casa de Oren. From the A la Carte breakfast menu with a view out over the Inca terraces of Pisac to after dinner cocktails in the enormous hot tub, it was a magical night at Casa de Oren. We arrived at Cusco Airport where we were met by our pre-arranged driver, who then drove us directly to Casa de Oren (less than an hour). After registration we were shown to our room which had a balcony with the most incredible unspoiled views. There was a very useful information pack providing details about Casa de Oren and the surrounding location (Pisac). In reception you can fill a form for booking your morning transportation into Pisac and preferred time slot. We also made use of the laundry service. In conclusion, Casa de Oren is a very peaceful and relaxing guest house with much to offer anyone who is fortunate enough to stay with Mabel and her family.

Casa de Oren is an amazing place to stay if you intend to visit Cusco and the Sacred Valley. Mabel, Nacho and Oren made us very welcome and made sure that we wanted for nothing. We particularly enjoyed the free to use Hot Tub and making our own pizzas one evening, which as well as being very tasty, was also great fun. The 3-course breakfast was incredible and really set us up for each day. Our room had a fantastic view of the Pisac archaeological park and a balcony seating area to take full advantage of the view over the wonderful gardens. All in all, a great bed and breakfast and a great place to stay, five stars.
